To create this vinous, fruity beer, the brewers blended multiple vintages of two different kinds of Lambic — one flavored with tart cherries, the other with Dornfelder grapes. The blend contains beer from nine different barrels, and different brews. The beer spent a total of 8 months on the fruit.
