A subtle Scottish Ale. The name Canaster refers to an ancient brewing tradition of Aalst. Its warm aroma and full-bodied taste is due to the use of fine, dark malts (caramel). The color is brown with reddish hints and medium brown/white head. The flavor is fruity with hints of raisin and bananas.
